Clean Energy Resource Teams, or CERTs, are community members  --business people, farmers, local government leaders, students, and informed citizens -- working on renewable energy and energy conservation in their communities.

CERTs-SE is:

• Sharing highlights of the  SE MN Strategic Energy plan

• Presenting information on renewable energy & energy efficiency

• Stimulating & working on community clean energy projects

• Sponsoring Mini-Grants for clean energy/conservation efforts and

• Awards for best clean energy projects at regional Science Fairs

• Connecting people and their projects to technical resources
