Our community involvement efforts include
promoting energy conservation. That's why we worked with the
local Habit for Humanity to install geothermal units in two
local homes.

1,598 total square feet: 816 sq. ft. top floor (24 x 34)
782 sq. ft. on for bottom floor (23 x 34)
2 x 6 studding used throughout
Tyvek used on entire outside
Electric outlet boxes located on outside walls are caulked
Vapor barrier installed throughout the entire inside of the
house
All walls are R-19 (note: the basement is 2 x 6 wood)
Attic is R-38
