This FREE event includes complimentary breakfast & lunch About the Workshop: This FREE half-day workshop co-sponsored by the Metropolitan Energy Policy Coalition (MEPC) and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency will highlight the operational aspects of greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting and emissions reductions efforts. By collaboratively learning about greenhouse gas monitoring and emissions reductions in the present, local government managers, administrators, staff, and elected officials will be prepared to successfully navigate implementation challenges in the near future. This workshop will examine local, state, and national GHG reductions efforts while specifically focusing on the regulatory, fiscal, and operational implications that will impact local governments |
